Join me for my talk in Kensington, Detox Your Relationships.

On Tuesday 6th March at 7pm

Venue: Studio B, Kensington High St. Kensington, London. W8 7RL

This is a free event with refreshments provided on the evening.

The difference between a good relationship and a bad one is the difference between thriving or simply surviving.

Unhealthy relationships generate emotions like fear, anxiety, hatred, depression, insecurity, despair, and jealousy. Healthy relationships provide us with the emotional support to take on all of life's challenges.

How do we know if we are in a toxic relationship? The difference between a toxic relationship and that which has challenges is a fine line. What if we were able to understand our relationship dance to the point where we are able to differentiate between love and codependence. When we understand our relational dance and how we form connections we are then able to throw the toxicity out and not the relationship.

Come to an informative and engaging talk by Relationship therapist Pam Custers MA, BA (Hons) Psych Where she will take a look at how we can ditch the toxic way we operate and cultivate healthy relationships and more importantly when to walk away. www.pamcusters.co.uk
