There will be mini-breakfast on arrival and then it will be time to get down to the serious business of the day.
With demos and hands-on cooking.
Each participant will receive a personal folder stuffed with recipes, info and notes from the day.
To round off there will be a three course lunch incorporating dishes we cooked and a glass of wine.
