Join the Really Helpful Club as we learn from Jackie Lynch, Founder of WellWellWell, how nutrition can support women in midlife to feel energised, look great and perform at their best.

Jackie has recently published her third book called the Happy Menopause which is the go to guide on how to build a menopause diet that specifically targets the symptoms of peri-menopause and the menopause. This online workshop will explain how a one-size-fits-all approach does not work and will provide you with the necessary tools to recognise the symptoms that you are experiencing and which nutritional changes can help.

Our previous talks with Jackie have been a complete sell out as she is a highly experienced clinician who gives practical, easy to follow advice.

There will be plenty of time for individual concerns to be raised and dealt with in the Q&A session after the talk.
