The RLE ‘Regaining your Mojo’ programme has been developed using the Japanese concept of Ikigai which helps you find your core purpose. Focusing on
- your values, motivations and beliefs
- your roles, responsibilities and relationships
- your presence - how do you turn up
- your work interests and hobbies
Giving time to explore these areas in 5 x 1-hour sessions, you leave, knowing your strengths and where your energy is best spent, de-cluttering and giving clarity for your next steps. Knowing where you are going and what you bring to the world naturally gives you the confidence and self-belief to make the changes that will impact your life further.

Starting Monday May 10th to 14th June
Two options: 12.30 - 13.30am or 8pm - 9pm (evening option too)
