Often our educational or professional upbringing can have us especially aware of what we need to improve on and less aware of what our natural capacities are to generate optimal performance.

A strengths based approach encourages the identification and application of strengths to enhance our sense of happiness, engagement and productivity at work and therefore increase likelihood of achieving our potential.

Whether you are wanting to step it up at work, make a change or start a business, playing to your strengths and knowing how to find flow can make a huge difference. People who use their strengths everyday are three times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life, six times more likely to be engaged at work, 8% more productive and 15% less likely to quit (Gallup).

In this workshop you will:
● Understand the definition and significance of strengths

● Recognise the benefits of applying a strengths based approach at work

● Learn three steps to getting started:
○ Identify them
○ Apply them
○ Build on them

The workshop will be run by RHC Directory Member Natasha Chatur, The Work Happiness Coach. Natasha works with individuals and businesses to help find a higher sense of meaningful enjoyment and engagement from our work, delivering value for ourselves and for the businesses we work for. Natasha is a qualified and ICF accredited coach with a corporate background.
