1.These terms and conditions set out the basis upon which we run events. When you apply to participate in an event you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.When you apply to book a place at an event you will be asked to pay the entrance fee in full. Provided that there is still capacity to accommodate your participation we will then confirm the booking.

3.Once we have confirmed the booking the entrance fee is not refundable. If we are unable to confirm the booking we will refund the entrance fee. If we subsequently cancel an event we will refund the entrance fee, however we will not be liable for additional payments.

4.There may be rare occasions when an event has to be cancelled or curtailed due to circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for any losses that arise as a result.

5.Many of our events are run in conjunction with third parties or rely on the conduct of third parties .We will not be liable for any fault or omission of such third parties.

6.We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to any advertised programme or substitute speakers.

7.Please take care of your personal possessions at events, as we cannot be held liable for any loss that may arise as a result of the acts or omissions of others.

8.We reserve the right to take photographs and videos at our events. By participating in an event you consent to the taking of photographs and videos and the subsequent use of the resulting images and footage. If you do not wish to consent please email us well in advance of the event so that appropriate arrangements can be put in place.

9.We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1989 and undertake to use your Personal Data in accordance with the Data Protection Principles laid out in that act (as amended by the Data Protection Act 2003

11.In the unlikely event that a dispute does arise between us that cannot be resolved these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any such dispute.
