As we come out of lockdown and covid restrictions, we start to get a feel for what our new normal may look like. Are we excited about our future, do we have the energy, focus and determination to be who we want to be? Do we know who we want to be?
Regaining your Mojo is a 5-week programme, 1-hour per week, designed to support individuals who are feeling low, or have lost their way and need some renewed energy and purpose in their lives. Giving your confidence in who you are so you can make better decisions as to what happens next.

This programme is delivered over 5 x 1 hour sessions on zoom:
Monday 13th, 20th and 27th September
Monday 4th and 11th October
