Haley used the 2020 lockdown, when deprived of gyms, to listen to her mental and physical needs and this is her takeaway; “If you prioritise yourself and your physical and mental health, your body responds accordingly”

In the summer of 2012 Fiona's world came crashing down when she was in a serious road traffic accident whilst out bike training in Surrey. in 2012. As an international triathlete, and first class coach, this cut short her expectations and ambitions to continue racing in the Pro ranks at Ironman distances as she had been doing from 2009 to 2012. Fiona spent 3 years recovering and after a long rehabilitation and recovery period involving learning to walk again, Fiona successfully resumed her triathlon training and made a comeback to racing in Summer 2015. She won her age group at Windsor Triathlon by 12 minutes after being away from the triathlon race scene for more 4 years.
Fiona has written a book about her experiences and joins us to share what she learned about herself and resilience during the long road back to the start line.

I currently offer 30-minute mindfulness meditation three times a week via zoom. Time is Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 5pm-5.30pm. These are sessions designed to help create a space to Pause and Breathe. The practice helps reset the nervous system and brings more clarity to mind.
