    I have been attending HA Fitness classes for around 18 months now in the outdoor session at South Park Gardens (there are also classes on Wimbledon Common and Wimbledon Park) . I met Heather through a networking group and quickly realised that these were the classes for me. What attracted me was the fact that the classes were children friendly - I could bring the kids along - they get tired out and I get a serious fitness session. It made my fitness routine so much easier without having to put them in a crèche or only go when I had childcare. There are people with children but also lots without - the kids don't take over and the focus is fitness but the instructors are mindful that there are kids and so keep close to them. The sessions are great, no two are the same and the instructors are brilliant - they get the best out of you, regardless of fitness levels! Although group classes, they are either small (or if large, Heather makes sure there are two instructors) so you feel like you are getting a Personal Training session.
