    Hello everyone,

    I wanted to recommend Anna Desogus' brilliant nutrition and lifestyle coaching programmes to anyone looking to improve their diet, live in a more nourishing way, better balance work and life or move more (and enjoy it!)


    I've been working with Anna for the last four months and she has transformed the way that I think and feel about food. I've been dieting on and off for nearly 20 years, can tell you the calorie content of almost anything and had an 'all or nothing' approach to healthy eating and living. Quite often this meant I was either binging on Revels or giving myself a very hard time for not managing to stick rigidly to a juice cleanse!

    Anna's gentle, balanced but firm approach was a revelation to me, I thought I knew most things about 'healthy eating' but Anna helped me understand how my mindset and thinking were unhelpful and preventing me achieving the goals I set myself. Anna has a holistic and integrative approach to nutrition and in our sessions we're as likely to look at my schedule, work and home life as we are to discuss food and exercise. I've lost weight, have more energy, an improving work-life balance and am eating better more nutritious food. And I feel so much more relaxed around eating.
