Recommending Marcelle Dubruel Zest4Life

    Having taken a term “off” work I thought I would use the time to learn some better eating habits after nearly 20 years of bad ones.  I’ve done a 10 week Zest 4 Life course and can highly recommend it to other RHC members.  It is not another fad diet but changes the way you think about food and you start to learn that it’s not about willpower but more about getting your blood sugar balanced.  As with all habits, it does take a while to break them and learn new ones.  In 10 weeks I’ve managed to cut down from 6 cups of coffee to 2, I’ve “learnt” to eat little and often rather than binging and 5kgs has been lost and is staying off!  I will be doing a continuation course in January.  With everyone making new year resolutions around “diet” I thought I’d share “my find” and can share details with anyone who is interested.  Regards, Camilla P

    Zest 4 life 10 week course

    I have just completed a 10 week gold plus course with Marcelle. It has been fantastic. Not only have I managed to loose some weight, something I have been struggling to do on my own, I feel so much better in myself, more energy and zest, a happier more positive person. A big plus is I don’t crave sugar like I did before either and have cut down on caffeine and alcohol ! I have learnt a lot about diet and the correct foods to eat and when. I would highly recommend one of Marcelle’s courses. I will definitely do a follow on course in January.

    Recommending Marcelle Dubruel and Roots to Vitality – Get clean, Spring clean

    I have just completed a 10 week programme with Marcelle Dubruel, founder of Roots to Vitality and could not recommend it more highly. The programme is held at lunchtime and evenings on Wednesdays at the Gooseberry Bush, Wimbledon. The programme is all about sensible eating and healthy weight loss. I learnt a huge amount, have changed a lot about what I do and feel so much happier and healthier. I sleep better and feel in control. Losing weight on a sustainable basis takes time and this is a great programme to get you started and put you on the right track.

    Marcelle’s next programme starts this week. It’s called Get Clean, Spring Clean. You are able to attend a complimentary session and join the group at any point as it is a rolling programme.



    Brilliant Balance you Blood Sugar Workshop

    It seems to be the season for me to learn all I can about enjoying optimum health
    So enjoyed learning all about the effects of refined sugar on the body! Thank you Marcelle for your workshop at the Gooseberry Bush last month, has helped me a great deal in making MUCH better food choices and steering clear of refined sugar! Gosh, my skin looks clearer and I do feel better
