Nutrition for Female Boxer?

    Hi!

    I am liza and I am doing Boxing from 4 months, I need to know about Nutrition & diet for female boxers, I joined Boxing club but diet is normal and my exercise with just female boxing gloves and punch bag no more, but i want to make my muscles and body shape, please share complete diet plan for female boxers,

    Hi Liza,
    I can help you. I have worked with a boxing gym and in my previous career as a Producer and Director at the BBC filmed with female body builders as they prepared for competition.
