DESCRIPTION:Restore\, Strengthen & Reimagine What Comes Next\nMany members of the Really Helpful Club community will already know Alison Cork MBE from her inspiring appearances at Your Power Decade\, where she has shared her warmth\, honesty and positive approach to embracing life’s next chapter. \nThis September\, Alison is inviting a small group of women over 50 to join her for a very special five day retreat at Château Degay\, a beautiful private château in Southwest France. Created as an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life\, the Living Well Retreat will offer time to restore your energy\, reconnect with yourself and consider what you would like the next chapter of your life to look and feel like. \nAcross the five days\, guests will enjoy a thoughtful mix of practical wellbeing sessions\, gentle movement\, nourishing food\, cultural experiences and meaningful conversation. There will also be plenty of time to relax\, swim\, explore the local area or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the château. \nMornings will begin with breakfast\, light movement and supportive sessions exploring nutrition\, strength and sustainable wellbeing. Afternoons will offer a choice of local excursions\, restorative activities and time to unwind\, while evenings will bring everyone together over wonderful food\, wine and conversation. \nWith just 14 places available\, the retreat has been designed to feel personal\, welcoming and connected.
