Having served as a Royal Navy Nursing Sister in the UK and France during WW2, Josephine McGregor started a small business from her home in West Sussex, providing local care and assistance for those who needed it.

The Pilates Clinic has been operating in the Wimbledon area since 2002. Founder, Lisa Lamberti, has a strong passion for building a highly skilled environment in which to bring excellence in movement training to the community. Our team have qualifications beyond Pilates and deeply within Pilates, making them skilled at spotting dysfunctional movement patterns and helping to undo them. If clients are under the care of doctors or physiotherapists or similar, we like to work along side them to complement the treatment and rehab they are additionally receiving.
The Pilates Clinic offers private sessions, duets and group reformer classes, as well as courses to train to become a Pilates teacher. We are a fully equipped studio with BASI Systems equipment.
