You & Your Relationships

Wednesday, 28th January 2026

Roehampton Club, London, SW15 5LR

Empowering Intimacy & Connection

At different points in life, many of us sense that our relationships are shifting. Sometimes quietly, sometimes suddenly. A partnership changes. Family dynamics evolve. Our relationship with work, money or even ourselves no longer feels quite the same.

We spend years focusing on responsibilities, other people’s needs and keeping everything moving forward. In doing so, clarity can slip away. Boundaries blur. Decisions feel heavier. What once felt certain now feels harder to navigate. You & Your Relationships exists for this moment.

This one day, in person conference offers space to pause, reflect and reset how you relate to yourself and to others. Not because something is broken, but because you are changing. Relationships evolve as we do, and learning how to navigate those changes with confidence, understanding and intention is a skill worth investing in.

What the day is about

You & Your Relationships takes a whole life approach to connection. It looks beyond romantic relationships alone and explores how intimacy, trust and communication show up across every part of our lives. Through a thoughtful mix of keynote talks, panel conversations and guided workshops, the day explores:

  • Your relationship with yourself, including confidence, boundaries and self trust
  • Romantic relationships, from deepening connection to navigating separation or rebuilding
  • Family and parenting relationships through change and transition
  • The emotional and practical role money plays in independence, security and decision making
  • How to approach the next chapter of life with clarity rather than pressure

This is not therapy, and it is not about sharing personal stories in public. It is a structured, supportive space designed to offer insight, language and perspective you can apply in real life.
