Emma Sayle

Founder & CEO - Killing Kittens

Emma Sayle is an entrepreneur and disruptor best known as the founder of Killing Kittens, the global female empowerment brand and sex-positive social network. She champions women’s confidence, autonomy and liberation, on their terms. Alongside her business, Emma leads the Sisterhood, an all-female team raising over £1 million for charity through extreme endurance challenges, all while balancing life as a mum, speaker and changemaker.

Esther Stanhope

Founder - The Impact Guru

Esther Stanhope is a sought-after TEDx and keynote speaker, award-winning author and personal impact expert. Known to corporate clients as “The Impact Guru”, she helps leaders communicate with confidence, credibility and presence when it matters most. With a background in broadcasting and more than 30 years of experience, including 10 years at the BBC, Esther has worked with global organisations including Deloitte, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Allianz, the British Army, and the Universities of Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard. Gillian Ridley Whittle

Founder & CEO - Peachaus

Gillian Ridley Whittle is a visionary leader, creative entrepreneur and advocate for women’s health. After decades in global retail, with senior leadership roles at Marks & Spencer, Topshop, Target and Myer Australia, she stepped away from the corporate world to found Peachaus. Originally launched as a purpose-led underwear and lifestyle brand, Peachaus evolved through Gillian’s experience of fitting hundreds of women and uncovering the widespread impact of badly fitting bras on comfort, confidence and wellbeing. She now leads the business as a bra fitting and women’s wellness service, combining education, service and human connection to address a problem that affects millions of women.

Hannah Lanel

Founder - The Fore

Hannah Lanel is the founder of The Fore, an award-winning integrated wellness platform redefining how modern health is delivered. A qualified nutritionist and behavioural change expert, she is known for blending scientific rigour with a direct, human approach that makes wellbeing feel intelligent, personal and practical. Hannah launched The Fore in 2019 with a clear belief that health support should fit seamlessly into real life, and has since been recognised by Forbes as one of the Top Ten Women in Wellness, with features in Vogue, GQ, Tatler and the Financial Times HTSI. Alongside her work with The Fore, she is also a sought-after speaker, chef and mentor

Jo-Ann Welman

Financial Planner - Quilter Cheviot

Jo-Ann Welman is a wealth manager with a strong background in law and financial planning, and a genuine passion for helping individuals secure their financial futures. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, alongside advanced and postgraduate qualifications in financial planning, and has developed expertise across pensions, taxation, estate planning and investments. Jo-Ann is known for her personalised, client-centred approach, working closely with individuals to understand their goals and create tailored financial plans built on clear communication, trust and ongoing review. Outside work, she enjoys time with horses, watching rugby and tennis, and being outdoors in nature.

Joy Foster

Founder & CEO - TechPixies

Joy Foster is the founder and CEO of TechPixies, a multi-award-winning social enterprise that helps women in midlife upskill in social media. Through CPD-accredited courses, life coaching and Neurocoaching™, she empowers women to build confidence, re-enter the workforce, change careers, or launch their own businesses—paving the way for financial freedom. Her work has transformed thousands of lives and created a growing, supportive community of women nationwide.

Julianne Miles MBE

Co-Founder - Career Returners

Julianne Miles MBE is a Chartered Psychologist, social entrepreneur and co-founder of Career Returners, the social impact organisation she launched in 2014 to make career breaks a valued part of a lifetime career. Now Executive Chair, after 11 years as CEO, she has helped shape solutions that have supported more than 4,000 professionals back into skilled roles after career breaks of up to 30 years, while building a global community of over 10,000 returners. Awarded an MBE for Services to Business and Equality in 2019, Julianne is a recognised voice on returner inclusion, career break bias and returning to work. She is also the author of Return Journey, published in 2025, and brings a rare combination of psychological expertise, commercial insight and lived experience to her work.

Lucy Standing

Co-Founder - Brave Starts CIC

Lucy Standing co-founded Brave Starts CIC, a nonprofit guiding midlife professionals towards their next career steps. A Chartered Psychologist, Lucy has advised UK Parliament, the OECD, and appeared in the FT, Times, and BBC. Formerly Vice Chair of the Association for Business Psychology, she brings experience from strategy consulting and investment banking.

Poppy Fox

Investment Manager - Quilter Cheviot

Poppy Fox is an Investment Manager at Quilter Cheviot, where she champions women in finance and investment. With a degree in Politics and Sociology from Durham, Poppy began her career at Brooks Macdonald before joining Quilter Cheviot in 2020. She supports women through life transitions like bereavement and divorce and has been nominated for Investment Week’s Women in Investment Awards.

Sam Cooper-Gray

Founder - The Wisdom Studio

Sam Cooper-Gray is a strategist, storyteller, podcaster and advocate for female-led business. As founder of The Wisdom Studio, she helps purpose-driven SMEs grow with clarity, impact and intention, drawing on more than 25 years’ experience in global finance, including her role as HSBC’s Global Head of SME Strategy. Sam led the launch of HSBC’s $1 billion Female Entrepreneur Debt Fund and the UK’s £250 million Women’s Business Growth Initiative. She also chairs The Gender Index and leads the Conditions to Scale workstream for the UK Government’s Invest in Women Taskforce.

Sarah Austin

Founder - Really Helpful Club

Sarah Austin is the Founder and CEO of Really Helpful Club, a vibrant and trusted community supporting members through every stage of life. Since launching in 2014, she has grown the network to over 20,000 members, offering expert recommendations and inspiring events. She previously worked as a Senior Director and Investment Manager at Barings, and holds an MA in Classics and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.

Susan Wallbrook

Founder - Trust Your Creative

Susan Walbrook is a coach, speaker and trusted advisor to high-performing creative leaders. With 26 years in the global fashion industry as a Senior Womenswear Designer, leading teams and designing for major high street brands, she understands first hand the pressure creative professionals face when self doubt begins to shape decision making. In 2020, Susan co-founded The Creative Space Coaching, supporting creative talent across agencies, studios and fashion houses including LVMH and YSL. Now, through Trust Your Creative, she works with leaders, founders and creatives through coaching, workshops and keynotes, combining neuroscience, behavioural coaching and lived leadership experience to help people build lasting confidence, strengthen creativity and lead with greater trust in themselves.
