Job Description:

Link UP is working hard to cultivate social change across London by harnessing professional skills for social good. We have been mobilising skills since 2016 connecting local individuals and Social Good Organisations (SGOs) on over 200 Skilled Volunteering Projects.

We are looking for a Skilled Volunteer to support local CIC Buddies For All with their HR policies.

Project Duration: 31+ hours

Cause: Disability

Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a volunteer with experience writing and reviewing HR policies.

Project brief: Buddies for All would like a Skilled Volunteer to read through their draft policies and procedures, making amendments and providing advice on possible improvements where appropriate. They require expertise to ensure that these documents are to the highest standards, so they can be implemented and passed on to key stakeholders with confidence.

Who you’ll be supporting: Lewisham-based CIC, Buddies for All, focus on finding buddies for disabled people across London. They aim to help disabled people overcome social isolation through online, telephone and face-to-face support from a volunteer buddy.

Project Borough: Lewisham

Please Note: All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. The time commitment above will be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
