Oh my goodness the atmosphere in the room was magical. From the amazing panel to BBC’s Mishal Husain’s’ brilliant keynote and Q&A, Sarah Austin put on a magnificent ‘show’ (as always). I loved breaking the ice with my mini networking masterclass, people came up to me afterwards to thank me for giving them the courage to ‘do’ small talk. Such a valuable day packed full of takeaways, tips and a feeling of empowerment. I’d love to do it all over again.
