You & Your Relationships 2026

You & Your Relationships:
Empowering Intimacy & Connection
Wednesday, 28th January 2026 – 09:30 to 15:30

Really Helpful Club proudly presents You & Your Relationships; a thoughtfully curated conference exploring how our relationships evolve across different stages of life, and how we can navigate those changes with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

This event brings together leading voices across psychology, therapy, finance, and wellbeing to explore the relationships that shape us most  -with ourselves, our partners, our families, our work, and our financial futures. Whether you are strengthening an existing relationship, navigating separation, rebuilding after change, or simply seeking deeper connection, this day is designed to meet you where you are.

The day opens with a leading keynote fireside conversation, Reset, Rebalance, Reconnect, featuring Emma Sayle (Founder & CEO, Killing Kittens) and Kate Muir (Author, How to Have a Magnificent Midlife Crisis). Through honest reflection and lived experience, this conversation explores how intimacy, identity, confidence, and connection evolve through midlife and periods of change. Emma and Kate will unpack what it really means to reset expectations, rebalance priorities, and reconnect with yourself and with others; as life takes on new shape. This keynote sets the tone for a day designed to help you pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity, courage, and intention.
