Knowing me, knowing you, how to flex your behaviour for WELLBEING

Wellbeing is not just about self, it is also about how we relate to others.

We know that today’s 24/7 culture places many demands on mind and body. People are under pressure to DO more, but self-care is not always a priority and wellbeing can become affected. During lockdown, our wellbeing has certainly been tested and the differences in how we have reacted to these changes and these uncertain times has played out in our own behaviours as we all behave in different ways.

How do our natural behaviours affect our wellbeing?

Understanding our own behaviour preferences and how we deal with change, uncertainty, other people and also the relationship we have with ourselves, is key to positive wellbeing. ‘Positive relationships’ is an integral element leading to wellbeing.

Join me for an introductory webinar to behaviour preferencing using C-Me, a colours-based psychometric tool alongside a look at how Martin Siegleman’s PERMA model can help us build wellbeing for ourselves and others.

C-Me is a simple and memorable way of understanding

  • your own preferred way of doing things
  • your preferred ways of working
  • your preferred roles you play in a team
  • your prefered ways to communicate and be communicated too

The aim of C-Me is to firstly understand self which helps you understand others, giving you the knowledge to change behaviour to improve relationships. During lock-down, this knowledge can really highlight how you self-care and bring the rebalance back into your busy life.

Knowing who you are and what makes you tick, as well as knowing where you are within the PERMA model can give you greater clues as to how to get the best out of yourself and others.

For : those wanting to build stronger relationships with themselves, family members, friends or colleagues.

45 – 60 mins
