RHC: Helping our children to plan for exam success and to manage anxiety and stress

We are focused this week on on helping you support your children in their learning and assist them in maintaining positive mental health

As we move towards the New Year and a new school term, many parents will be wanting to support their children in their next steps in education, whether it be for 11+ exams, entrance exams, GCSEs or A Levels.

To help you support your children in their learning and assist them in maintaining positive mental health, we have focused this week on finding experts in the education field from our Directory. Scroll down to learn more from a selection of tutors, course providers and therapists, and visit our website Children & Family Blog section for more help and advice.

It isn’t just the teenagers who suffer from exam stress, it can be the whole family. Parents worry about their children’s future, worry that they aren’t doing enough work, or worry that they are doing too much work! There are endless possibilities for worry!
