We were recently overjoyed to be rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. This is the third consecutive inspection in which we have received Outstanding and the first time that any home-care company in the country has managed this achievement. It would have been impossible to get to this point without our incredible team.
We pride ourselves on our CAREGivers, their punctuality, consistency and the exceptional quality of care they provide. They have been the bedrock of our success. We also have a highly energised team in the office who, in recent months, have proved to be more flexible and resilient than a seasoned yoga instructor.
We aim for Home Instead to feel like an extension of the family, making it a welcoming place for clients to come to. Over the past 10 years we have grown our own family and it has become a very special place to work too.
