Really Helpful Club and KYN Hurlingham invite you to join us for a special evening of conversation and connection, beginning with drinks and canapés at KYN Hurlingham before an intimate dinner at The Hurlingham Club. Hosted by Wendy Westbury, Head of Client Engagement at KYN, Rosanna Fishbourne, Chief Commercial Officer at KYN, and Sarah Austin, Founder of Really Helpful Club, the evening will bring together a carefully selected group of guests from the local community and wider Really Helpful Club network. This is not a presentation or formal discussion. Instead, it is an opportunity to meet new people, experience KYN Hurlingham and enjoy relaxed conversation around later life, the choices we make for ourselves and our families, and the importance of thinking and planning ahead.

The Evening

• 6pm | Drinks and canapés at KYN Hurlingham: Join us at KYN Hurlingham for drinks and canapés, meet the team, experience the home and connect with fellow guests in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Guests are very welcome to join us for drinks only.
• 7.15pm | Dinner at The Hurlingham Club:  A small group of guests will then take the short walk across to The Hurlingham Club for an intimate dinner hosted by KYN and Really Helpful Club. With a maximum of just 16 guests for dinner, the evening is designed to create the space for genuine conversation, new connections and the sharing of experiences and perspectives around the table. Dinner will conclude at approximately 9.30pm.

Who is this evening for?
We are bringing together a mixture of people from the KYN and Really Helpful Club communities, particularly those beginning to think about later life for themselves or someone close to them, as well as those already navigating changing circumstances within their family. The evening may be particularly relevant if you are:

• Beginning to think about later life for yourself or someone close to you
• Supporting parents or other family members as their needs evolve
• Part of the sandwich generation, balancing the needs of different generations
• Exploring what future care, support or later life living might look like
• Thinking about how to start important conversations with parents, partners or family members
• Interested in meeting others and making new connections within the local community

You do not need to be actively considering care. This is an opportunity to meet others, enjoy the evening and discover more about KYN in an informal and welcoming environment.

Register Your Interest
There is no charge to attend, but places are limited and attendance is by invitation. ou can register your interest in attending drinks and canapés at KYN Hurlingham, or drinks followed by dinner at The Hurlingham Club. Dinner is limited to a maximum of 16 guests. Please register individually using the form below by Wednesday 7 October. Submitting an Expression of Interest does not automatically confirm your place. The Really Helpful Club and KYN teams will review registrations together and will contact guests to confirm attendance.
