Owning Midlife: Strength, Vitality and the Years Ahead

Wednesday, 10th June 2026 | 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Join us for a special Really Helpful Club evening at Barnsgrove, the beautiful family run private members’ club in Greywell, Hampshire, in partnership with Evelyn Partners.

Bringing together expert insight, thoughtful conversation and the warmth of shared experience, this is an evening designed for women who want to approach midlife and the years ahead with greater confidence, strength and self understanding. Our guest speaker, Kate Rowe-Ham, founder of Owning Your Menopause, has become a trusted voice for women looking to feel more informed, more empowered and more positive about this chapter and everything that comes beyond it. Her work today is rooted in longevity, helping women build the habits, resilience and mindset to support a longer, stronger and more fulfilling life.

The evening begins with drinks and canapés at 6:30pm, offering time to connect in Barnsgrove’s elegant surroundings before the conversation begins. At 7:15pm, Kate will join us for an inspiring fireside chat exploring what it really means to feel strong, well and future facing in midlife. From movement, nutrition and energy to identity, confidence and the shifts that can shape how we see ourselves, this promises to be a warm, honest and uplifting conversation with real relevance for the years ahead.

From 8:00pm onwards, guests will enjoy a relaxed buffet supper, with plenty of time to continue the conversation, meet other women and reflect on the insights shared throughout the evening. Warm, intelligent and thoughtfully put together, this promises to be a memorable Really Helpful Club gathering with depth, relevance and plenty of space for meaningful connection.

Kate’s new book, The Longevity Solution, will also be available to purchase at the event. The book is described as an empowering guide to building sustainable habits that support a longer, stronger and more fulfilling life. Kate is also the author of Owning Your Menopause: Fitter, Calmer, Stronger in 30 Days and hosts the Owning Your Menopause podcast, where she shares practical advice and expert insight to help women navigate menopause and beyond with greater confidence.

Whether you are looking for reassurance, practical guidance or simply an evening that feels both supportive and inspiring, we would love you to join us.
