If you are looking for a treat, Josephine Home really have the best bed and bath linen. My husband says their towels are the ‘best in the world’ and this from a man who has stayed in many top hotels over the years. The bath sheets are thick and fluffy and wash like a dream and also seem to last forever – no snags or pulls. I really recommend them. We ended up getting the kids a towel each for Christmas too with their names on them so no fights over towels anymore. Josephine Home also have wondrous bedding that is crisp and cool when you hop into bed. Yes, they are a bit more expensive but definitely worth it.

Having taken a term “off” work I thought I would use the time to learn some better eating habits after nearly 20 years of bad ones. I’ve done a 10 week Zest 4 Life course and can highly recommend it to other RHC members. It is not another fad diet but changes the way you think about food and you start to learn that it’s not about willpower but more about getting your blood sugar balanced. As with all habits, it does take a while to break them and learn new ones. In 10 weeks I’ve managed to cut down from 6 cups of coffee to 2, I’ve “learnt” to eat little and often rather than binging and 5kgs has been lost and is staying off! I will be doing a continuation course in January. With everyone making new year resolutions around “diet” I thought I’d share “my find” and can share details with anyone who is interested

I’d like to give a huge shout out for Naked Health medispa on Coombe Lane in Raynes Park. The range of beauty treatments is really extensive and the beauticians are really knowledgeable. I’ve had many facials there and they have all been excellent. They give honest advice about skincare without being pushy and all the products that I have tried have been brilliant. I attended a webinar with David Gateley organised by the Really Helpful Club and he gave great advice too.
