In case you are looking for a therapist for anything having to do with relationships and restoring your wellbeing, I am recommending Pam Custers who I saw regularly for a couple of years. How good and helpful to have someone truly knowledgeable who will listen and guide you through challenging situations in life!

If you ever need someone to talk to about your deepest, darkest anxieties, you can trust Pam Custers. i believe that most of us need therapy! it’s such a relief to be able to talk about the stresses and strains of life which sometimes overwhelm us. i find it very helpful to give me perspective on my life and face demons. Pam studied for over 8 years (!!) and is highly accredited. i like the fact that she is often quoted in national magazines and on TV. don’t trust people who have done a couple of months worth of counselling courses with your heart. check their qualifications – that’s my advice

My wonderful friend Arabella is the go-to expert for all things relating to the future educational needs of your children. Arabella is the font of all knowledge on many of the top Independent schools in the UK and those best suited for your child, especially when moving from prep to senior school, and can therefore help you to see the wood from the trees. Arabella has recently helped my goddaughter’s parents in their search for the right school. When my children were at this stage, we just didn’t know where to turn, it was a maze and we didn’t really know what were the most important elements to focus on. It is all very well to be looking at wonderful schools but if they are in the opposite direction to your other children’s schools, it’s not going to be geographically viable and these are all the things that Arabella will guide you on. She offers a number of services from virtual to face to face family consultations but especially will hold your hands throughout the decision making process. Arabella is the most organised, reliable and insightful person I know and I can’t recommend her more highly if you are going through stressful times trying to choose the right school for your precious offspring!

I recently engaged Trinity Homecare to look after my mother at home whilst I was away. The staff at Trinity were incredibly helpful, respectful and discreet. We had a preliminary meeting before I went away and I received email reports after each visit that were very reassuring. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I started working with Jackie Lynch from Well Well Well just over 12 weeks ago -and I wish I’d started earlier! My life is pretty busy (full-time work, teenage daughter, mother and husband both needing care, elderly dog….) yet Jackie worked with all that and drew me up a tailor-made nutrition plan which helped me sleep better, have more energy, lose weight and generally just look about ten years younger! She was so supportive and actually made the whole thing fun – although she can be strict if she feels you’re losing focus, which is GOOD! She really has changed my life, and I can’t thank her enough. I even feel I’ve made a new friend!

I  have no hesitation in highly recommending Wimbledon Nannies if you are looking for a full or part time nanny. Claire Gordon and Renata the agency owners have supplied us with three top rate nannies over a period of over ten years. In many ways we were spoilt for choice they sent us a number of fantastic nanny candidates for our post most of whom were suitable for the job we were offering. I have been struck by Claire and Renata’s attention to detail thus really ensuring the nannies they sent to us for interview were suitable for our post. They are also very friendly and helpful and respond to any queries we have very promptly. My children have adored the three nannies we have had through the agency and would, like me also highly recommend Wimbledon Nannies.

I just recently discovered an excellent orthodontist in Wimbledon – Wimbledon Orthodontic Practice – having had to take both my daughters for treatment. I was very impressed with the treatment received, attention to detail, kind manner (especially handling a dentist-shy 7 year old) and very clean environment. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

If you’re looking for the perfect present for a godchild, nephew or niece or just a stocking filler for someone in your family, then Zaini Hats is a brilliant choice. The designs are gorgeous, beautiful colours and their beanies are hugely popular with young children and teenagers alike. My children have them in several colours and always pop them on when they come out of the surf in Cornwall. They also have a ski and riding range, which bring a bit of colour and fun to your ski helmet or riding hat.
