Flexible, Part-Time Office Manager Job Share
Job Description:
First Aid for Life is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and efficient new member of our team to work Monday and Tuesday as part of a job share (with a further day of overlap within the office on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and an option of occasional, flexible work at other times if you wish).
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb attention to detail and a genuine interest in helping people and giving superb customer service.
You need to be computer literate, have a great telephone manner and outstanding organisational skills. You will be trained in our CRM system and in the use of many other useful programs and systems.

We are a small and supportive business and look forward to welcoming you to our team.
The role is flexible around school times, but does require some holiday working (although this can usually be reduced hours). Some of the working can be undertaken from home, although we would ask that ideally you join us in the office at least once or twice a week.
Please email your cv to emma@firstaidforlife.org.uk – I am looking to recruit ASAP (although this can be extremely flexible and on very reduced hours if necessary) in order to facilitate an extended handover.
