Job Description:
The English Study Camps Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our junior summer programmes. This position supports both the operational and administrative functions of ESC, directly contributing to the quality, safety, and overall success of our centres.
Key responsibilities include coordinating seasonal staff, managing operational planning, maintaining strong relationships with host schools and suppliers, and ensuring smooth logistical delivery of excursions and transport. The role also involves keeping accurate records, managing equipment and resources, and assisting with safer recruitment and compliance in line with KCSIE.
The Operations Coordinator oversees internal staff communications and staff-facing social media, supports the delivery of year-round short courses, and promotes a positive safeguarding culture across the organisation. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring excellent organisation, effective communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Regular travel to our residential centres during the summer is required.
